Pretty light breezy summer Banana Republic sheer dress. This dress has shoulder straps that hold up a "bib" type neckline. There is a bodice below the breast line. The bottom of the dress is three layers of ruffles. The ruffles are light and move when walking. The hem line ruffles come up a little in the middle to show more leg in the center front.
